Taurin provides AI-powered email management services including:
- Email organization and automation
- AI-assisted composition
- Contact management
- Email analytics
1.2 Account Requirements
- Valid business email required
- Complete and accurate information
- Secure credential management
2. Subscription and Payments
2.1 Pricing
- $40 per user per month
- $480 per user per year
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
2.2 Trial Period
- 7-day free trial
- Full feature access during trial
2.3 Subscription Terms
- Auto-renewal enabled
- Post-renewal notification
- 30-day notice for price changes
- Organization-level billing available
2.4 Refund Policy
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis
- Calculated at monthly standard rate ($30/month)
- 20% cancellation fee applies
- No refunds for monthly subscriptions
- No partial month refunds
Annual subscription: $250
Used 4 months: -$120 ($30 × 4)
Remaining balance: $130
Cancellation fee: -$26 (20% of $130)
Final refund: $104

- 1,000 AI operations per day
- Performance throttling beyond limits
- No rollover of unused operations

- 72-hour first response guarantee
